Technical Implementation

• Architecture: Developed as a standard Manifest V3 Chrome Extension.
• Content Scripts: Injected content.js scripts interact directly with the Google Meet DOM to capture real-time participant events without interfering with the meeting experience.
• Background Service Worker: Handles data aggregation, state management across the session, and triggering automatic downloads upon meeting conclusion.
• Local Storage: Prioritizes privacy by utilizing the Chrome local storage API (chrome.storage.local). All historical data is stored locally in the browser with no external server transmission.
• Data Export: Implements a robust CSV generation logic that automatically ranks and sorts attendees based on their total duration in the meeting.
